Our 2010 Barrel Fermented Barrel Aged Chardonnay is our newest addition to our Bella Terra series. Beautifully ripe Chardonnay from our 2010 vintage, was fermented and aged in French and American oak barrels for just 9 months. Resulting in a full body Chardonnay that will make your mouth water. It has a beautiful bouquet of vanilla, butterscotch, pear and baked apples. It is smooth and creamy with light acidity on the palate and a nice long buttery finish. A beautiful wine to be enjoyed with good food and among good friends. Serve it a touch cooler than room temperature, and enjoy it with your favorite seafood, or buttery and creamy dishes.

2009 Bella Terra Cabernet Franc - $28.20

Winemaker's Notes

Hand harvested towards the end of November, after a most challenging growing season. The vines were cropped at a very low yield of only 1.5 tons to the acre, to achieve maximum ripeness and a very intense flavour. This wine was aged in brand new French and American oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes

This big red offers dark berry fruit such as black cherry and blackberry alongside clove, licorice and vanilla notes. This smokey, earthy, full-bodied wine is well-balanced, with a lingering finish and firm tannins.
