We wanted to create a fresh, crisp and easy drinking wine that would be fun and exciting. This wine is another beautiful creation of Fred. He made this delightful Harmony blend with Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and Riesling. Crisp and fresh with aromas of green apples, tropical fruit, mango and tangerine. The end result is a slightly off-dry fun and easy drinking wine that would go well by itself as much as with some light cheeses, seafood or fresh salad. A unique fresh and fun brand new label, was created to complement the personality of this fun wine.

2010 Pinot Grigio - $16.95

A full body Italian style Pinot Grigio. Cold fermented in stainless to dryness. This wine offers complex fruit and herbal aromas of peach and citrus fruit, grapefruit and lemon-lime. Zingy and mildly hot, with a very nice tart balance and a long finish. A crisp and refreshing wine.

2010 Riesling - $16.20

A very fruit forward, crisp and refreshing off dry Riesling. Our winemaker Fred is very proud of this Riesling, as it has beautiful citrus notes of lemon and lime as well as green apple, and layers of tangerine and passion fruit. A touch of sweetness is very well balanced with good acidity, leaving a lingering and crisp finish.

Our 2010 Gerwerztraminer Riesling showcases the intensity of the 2010 vintage. This wine offers notes of lime, citrus zest and white roses, with a touch of minerality. It's off dry with a nicely balanced acidity. It has a fresh and pretty citrus and floral notes, with a subtle hint of spice. The finish is refreshing and lingering.

Our 2010 Gewürztraminer showcases the intensity of the 2010 vintage. Done in a very Alsatian style, this off dry full bodied wine has a very aromatic perfumey scent and floral bouquet with exotic lychee nutty flavour and layers of tropical fruits. It will leave you with a silky smooth mouthfeel.

Our 2010 Chardonnay was fermented in stainless tanks, done in a Sur Lie style, was left on the fine lees for 6 months. It showcases the intensity and ripeness of the 2010 vintage. This wine offers notes of toasted nut, green apples, lemon and grapefruit. It's dry with a nicely balanced acidity. The finish is refreshing and lingering.
