Tasting Notes:

Our 2019 Pinot Noir is a medium ruby colour with a nice tawny rim. On the nose, you get forest fruit character with lovely notes of luxardo black cherries, and spices such as nutmeg, and liquorice. This is and extra-dry Pinot Noir with a velvety body and a balanced acidity. On the palate, there are layered flavours of red cherry, raspberry, and spice cloves, ending off in a long finish. 

Our 2018 Pinot Noir has a garnet colour with a ruby rim. On the nose it is layered with fruit characters and aromas of cherries, pomegranates, and hibiscus. To taste, this dry wine has a medium body, medium tannins, and round acidity with flavours of red fruit like maraschino cherries, and strawberry compote, followed by a long finish.
