For Chardonnay, the 2019 vintage has shown incredible flavour definition, a fantastic frame of acidity, elegance and precision. Bella Terra won international awards with the 2017 Chardonnay vintage and 2019 is now ready to take the stage.  On the nose, you’ll find fresh lemon, yellow apple, apple crumble, chamomile, and toasty spicy aromas. The palate leads to zesty lemon on the front palate, followed by ripe apple, pear and nutmeg flavours in this friendly, full-bodied wine. It offers a fantastic richness, persistent fruit and baking-spice flavours on a long-lasting finish.

Food Pairing: Grilled Steelhead Trout with Lemon-Herb Butter is a perfect match for this 2019 Chardonnay, it balances the wine's bright acidity and citrus notes with the seafood's mild richness and zesty sauce.
