2019 Cabernet Merlot

Tasting Notes:

Our 2019 Cabernet Merlot is a deep ruby colour with a garnet rim. On the nose you get dark fruit character, with notes of maraschino cherries, black currant, and sweet baking spice. This medium-bodied wine has a nicely balanced acidity, and is layered with notes of black fruit, such as dark plums and currants, followed by a hint of smoked applewood and roasted cocoa.
