Tasting Notes: From a roller-coaster vintage, this version of Bella Terra Riesling is bringing some of the most positive attributes of what 2021 had to offer. A classic and expressive Riesling with rich texture and very defined edges. On the nose, notes of honeydew, citrus, apricot, pineapple and jasmine reveal a wide spectrum of aromas and complete Riesling definition. On the palate, the delivery is soft and creamy with multiple layers of citrus, sweet lime and lemon drop, green apple, and tropical fruits like pineapple and papaya. The finish closes the experience with a hint of ginger and lemon peel. Made with just a smidge of residual sugar, this process helps the wine behave more multi-dimensionally and offers lots of versatility.
