Tasting Notes: A versatile and approachable wine, this sparkling rosé is made from 95% Vidal with a purposeful touch of 5% Malbec to round it off. Vidal is known for citrus-based fruitiness when fermented dry, and it can also bring some apricot and peach flavours mixed with honey and a hint of florality. The Malbec adds body and some red fruit components like red cherry and raspberry, as well as just a hint of fresh herbs which can be perceived on the back palate. The bubbles are fine and delicate, making this a wine that can be served in a multitude of situations, from formal to very casual. An all-around jack of all trades!
