Winemaker's Notes
Gewurztraminer was the first of the grapes to be harvested in 2009 on October 25th, followed by our Riesling on November 11th. Both varietals are cold fermented in stainless steel holding tanks to preserve the heady, aromatics, the signature of this wonderful grape.

Tasting Notes
The nose is dominated by aromas of tropical and citrus fruits, followed by floral notes with a touch of minerality. The acidity is nicely balanced with a hint of sweetness, leaving a somewhat heady feel on the palate. The finish is clean and long. This wine is beautifully paired with spicy, Asian cuisine, full bodied cheese and seafood.
